# Transaction Monitoring and Validation

All transactions are monitored and validated by the algorithm, ensuring that each transfer adheres to the network’s security and balance protocols. In case of a transaction failure or abnormality, Liqua’s algorithm includes fail-safes and reversion mechanisms to reverse the transaction and maintain the integrity of the unified liquidity pool.
